What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights and prepare management information
- Support month-end processes and work closely with colleagues across the organisation
- Create and discuss system-generated reports with non-finance teams, carry out analysis and forecasting
- Provide information for audit, support budget holders, and represent finance in stakeholder meetings

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience
- Experience within a medium-sized organisation (income £50m+) preparing management reports for internal stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of accounting rules, regulations and standards relevant to the charity sector (including FRS 102 and the Statement of Recommended Practice)
- Ability to work confidently to rigid reporting schedules and deadlines from day one
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with and influencing senior management
