Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate production-grade geospatial machine learning models within the Prospect Generation team
• Uncover hidden geothermal systems and drive real-world exploration decisions
• Grow deep learning expertise across teams through technical leadership
• Collaborate closely with research, engineering, geoscience, land, and field teams

This role helps make geothermal energy a cheap and vital contributor to a carbon-free electrical grid by using machine learning to find and develop new geothermal resources, directly displacing carbon emissions.

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years professional experience in machine learning engineering, preferably in a business environment
• Deep expertise in modern deep learning and statistical methods
• Proven experience developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning models
• Strong software and infrastructure fluency with Python, SQL, PyTorch, GitHub, and Docker
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
