What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead individual cases and contribute to broader litigation strategy
  • Conduct hearings and appeals in federal and state courts
  • Lead/support all phases of impact litigation related to immigrant rights, civil liberties, First Amendment protections, and privacy rights
  • Conduct factual record development, legal research and analysis, identify plaintiffs, draft pleadings, briefs, and motions, handle discovery

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with 8 years of law-related practice preferred
  • J.D. degree and active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
  • Expertise in immigration law and substantial experience handling complex civil litigation independently
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
