What you will drive

  • Lead or co-lead trial teams and collaborate on case strategy for federal civil rights litigation.
  • Independently manage all phases of litigation including discovery, motions, depositions, and oral arguments.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal fellows.
  • Participate in appellate litigation, settlement negotiations, and public speaking engagements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • Minimum 5 years of federal litigation experience; preference for complex constitutional or civil rights cases.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or co-leading federal civil rights litigation, including drafting motions, managing discovery, and trial/appellate work.
  • Strong preference for experience with Section 1983, First/Fourth Amendment, RLUIPA, and litigation against government agencies.
