Mission
What you will drive
- Draft, structure, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of complex commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription contracts, strategic partnerships, NDAs, data protection agreements, AI addendums, content licenses, and vendor or supplier agreements
- Lead end-to-end negotiation processes independently, balancing legal risk with strategic business goals to successfully close high-impact deals
- Advise internal stakeholders on key legal and business issues related to cloud-based software agreements, including information security, IP ownership, data privacy, AI considerations, warranties, indemnities, and revenue recognition
- Support and enhance legal operations by improving contracting workflows, processes, and systems for greater efficiency, transparency, and scalability

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, and member in good standing of a State Bar Association
- 8+ years of commercial legal and contract negotiation experience, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS transactions
- Familiarity with software, SaaS, or cloud technology providers
- Background in public sector contracting (Federal, SLED, or GSA)
