What you will drive
- Provide legal advice and support on business operations, contract negotiations, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and internal policies.
- Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce potential exposure and support business continuity.
- Manage external legal counsel on complex matters while supporting cost-effective outcomes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in good standing in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience in a multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, with understanding of international business law and cross-border transactions.
- Proficiency in English and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
