Senior Legal Counsel (Fixed-Term Contract 18–24 Months)

• Lead responsibility for monitoring and ensuring the company's compliance with applicable regulatory regimes worldwide, including GDPR, privacy regulation, AI and data use regulation, anti-bribery, international sanctions, money laundering, and KYC requirements.
• Develop internal audits and corporate compliance programs (e.g., employment, GDPR, AI), as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare and perform internal training on legal issues (GDPR, compliance, etc.).
• Provide legal research and updates on changes to applicable laws and regulations (e.g., Data Act, Digital Omnibus, NIS2 Directive, ESG).

This role helps accelerate the global transition to clean energy by ensuring legal compliance and enabling efficient solar project development through PVcase's platform.

• 3+ years of professional legal experience preferably in an internationally active company in the B2B SaaS space and/or in an international law firm.
• Experience advising companies on GDPR and other regulatory compliance regimes.
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written) is a must.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines, and effectively manage time.
