Senior Lead, Proposal Writing

• Lead end-to-end proposal management across RFPs, RFIs, and permits throughout the Amer-APAC region, including kickoff, timeline development, stakeholder coordination, drafting, and final submission.
• Write clear, compelling, and strategically tailored content for city-facing submissions under tight deadlines, owning the full review and revision cycle.
• Build and improve internal proposal infrastructure, including best practices, templates, toolkits, and content libraries to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Support strategic market development efforts through occasional travel for pre-tender workshops and cross-functional meetings.

This role directly supports Lime's mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free by securing permits and contracts that expand access to micromobility, reducing reliance on cars and lowering carbon emissions in cities worldwide.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in content writing, proposal management, project management, or public procurement.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to craft compelling narratives and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting regulations, proposal documents, procurement materials, or city planning documents.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities under pressure.
