Senior Lead, Proposal Management and Writing

• Lead end-to-end bid management for markets across the Americas and Asia Pacific, including kickoff, timeline creation, resource alignment, application development, and submission.
• Write clear, compelling content for RFPs, RFIs, and other public procurement processes, driving key themes and messaging to ensure competitive proposals.
• Analyze proposal documents from cities, identify key priorities and scoring criteria, and build competitive strategies through cross-functional partnerships.

This role helps Lime expand access to shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation by winning public contracts, directly reducing car dependency and emissions in cities worldwide.

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in content writing and project management.
• Experience reading and analyzing regulations, bid documents, or city planning documents.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to resonate with diverse audiences (executives, elected officials, community organizations).
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and process-oriented mindset; strong cross-functional collaboration and calm under pressure.
