Senior Lead of Retention Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Architect retention methodology and develop processes to improve operational effectiveness for churn and attrition frameworks
• Lead the design of internal risk-mitigation tools and AI decisioning apps while monitoring renewal pipelines to forecast and protect recurring revenue
• Manage a book of complex renewal risks using independent judgment and advanced data synthesis to secure at-risk revenue
• Serve as the primary resource for Sales and CS on solution-based pricing framework, ensuring consistent application across all transactions

This role helps organizations navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny by ensuring data is trusted, traceable, and ready to act on through Workiva's AI-powered platform.

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Renewal Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field within B2B SaaS environment
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in related field
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Excel/Google Sheets (Power Query, modeling)
• Deep understanding of value-based pricing models with ability to simplify complex processes and present strategic findings to senior stakeholders

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range in the US: $133,000.00 - $214,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
