Senior IT Cloud Administrator

• Support SOC 2 Type II audit cycles, including evidence collection, control walkthroughs, and automation of evidence workflows.
• Implement technical controls for corporate Data Retention policies and coordinate with Legal and Compliance for legal holds.
• Operate centralized logging and SIEM capabilities across IT-owned systems, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Execute software patching, data backup procedures, and identify/evaluate new IT tools to enhance security and automation.

This role directly supports the secure and efficient operation of cloud infrastructure for a company driving the transition to clean energy, enabling Voltus to scale its impact on reducing carbon emissions.

• 5+ years of experience administering Google Workspace and cloud-first IT systems.
• Experience with Identity Provider (IdP) including SSO and MFA governance, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience with modern endpoint security (XDR), troubleshooting Windows/macOS, and integrating disparate information systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and IT governance implementation.
