Senior International Mobility Consultant

• Manage international assignments throughout the entire assignee lifecycle, from initiation through repatriation.
• Lead global compensation and tax compliance activities under the International Mobility Program.
• Maintain accurate international assignment records in HRIS and mobility administration systems.
• Produce reports and analyses that support program effectiveness and compliance.

This role supports Air Products' global business strategy by enabling international assignments that drive innovation and operational excellence, contributing to a cleaner future through industrial gas solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international mobility, including global compensation and tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of international assignment administration and mobility practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
