What you will drive
- Manage international assignments throughout the entire assignee lifecycle, from initiation through repatriation.
- Lead global compensation and tax compliance activities under the International Mobility Program.
- Maintain accurate international assignment records in HRIS and mobility administration systems.
- Produce reports and analyses that support program effectiveness and compliance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international mobility, including global compensation and tax compliance.
- Strong understanding of international assignment administration and mobility practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
