Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as CAEH's most advanced practitioner of the Model for Ending Homelessness, providing expert advisory and fractional coaching to community leaders to drive measurable reductions in homelessness.
  • Mentor Improvement Advisors, build team capability, and lead cross-functional project teams on complex consulting engagements.
  • Use by-name data and quality improvement methods to coach communities in data-driven decision making and system optimization.
  • Contribute to CAEH's social enterprise model by supporting proposal development, identifying community needs, and representing CAEH at conferences.
