Senior Hydrologist

• Lead and undertake standalone hydrological studies and support 1D-2D hydraulic modelling commissions to assess fluvial and surface water flooding.
• Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs), Strategic Flood Risk Assessments (SFRAs), surface water drainage strategies incorporating SuDS, and environmental statements.
• Undertake quality assurance of technical work within your area of expertise and mentor junior team members.
• Manage client relationships and assist with preparation of bids and proposals.

This role contributes to sustainable water management and flood risk reduction, helping to protect communities and the environment across the UK through robust hydrological assessments and innovative water resources projects.

• Senior-level experience in hydrology and flood risk modelling.
• Expertise in 1D-2D hydraulic modelling and hydrological studies.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery and mentor junior staff.
• Strong client management and bid preparation skills.
