• Lead resolution of complex, high-risk employee relations cases, ensuring legally compliant and commercially sound outcomes.
• Drive quality assurance, consistency, and continuous improvement across People Advisory services.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with legislation and organizational priorities.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen advisory capability.

• Expert employee relations capability with extensive experience managing complex cases.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law (EMEA exposure desirable).
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, balancing risk, business needs, and employee experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills to develop others and drive team standards.
