Mission
What you will drive
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead by example and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance, on-the-job training, and support to maintain high installation and service standards across the team.
- Project Delivery: Manage and execute complex installation and commissioning projects for heat pump and emitter systems, ensuring work is completed on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Perform and oversee system installations, including underfloor heating, radiator systems, pipework, and associated electrical and plumbing connections.
- Maintenance & Servicing: Conduct planned maintenance, diagnostics, and performance assessments on existing systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience installing heat pump heating systems in domestic properties.
- Qualifications: Minimum of Level 2 Plumbing, Heating or Heat Pump qualification from a recognised awarding body (i.e. City & Guilds, SVQ etc.), plus relevant certificates including Heat Pump manufacturer installation courses, G3 qualification or proven experience, Water Regs WRAS Qualifications, and CSCS or similar H&S qualification.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, adherence to safe working practices, enthusiasm, positive mental attitude, patience, and a proactive approach.
- Extra Credit: BPEC (or equivalent) GSHP or ASHP qualification, Low Temperature Heating Systems qualification, F-Gas Certification Training, and Gas Safety Registration (if applicable).
