Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant

Core responsibilities:

• Lead new health center implementations by conducting stakeholder meetings, understanding business processes, extracting and analyzing EHR data, and building strong relationships
• Provide consultative analytics support to ensure technology is used effectively to improve patient outcomes and health center operations
• Conceive, manage, and execute data initiatives including building reports and visualizations, leading stakeholder meetings, and providing advanced training
• Identify improvements and new features for the analytics platform based on customer feedback, market research, and domain expertise

This role creates positive change by helping community health centers use data analytics to improve patient health outcomes and operational efficiency, ultimately supporting better healthcare delivery to underserved communities.

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years experience working with SQL, ideally on electronic health record data, with comfort in subqueries, temp tables, and window functions
• Track record of navigating messy database schemas and organizational politics to produce analytics that drive change in healthcare organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead conversations with technical, clinical, and executive stakeholders
• Strong project management skills for complex projects with changing priorities
• Knowledge of and interest in healthcare quality improvement and population health management
