Senior Growth Manager - EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷)

Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine to transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine.

• Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched
• Architect Funnels and campaigns hands-on, setting up tracking and ensuring implementation
• Relentless Optimization through CRO & A/B testing, designing and analyzing experiments
• Channel Exploration & Scaling to identify next winning acquisition channels
• Design and optimize growth loops across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Player-Coach Leadership managing the Growth team by showing excellence
• Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality focusing on high-intent leads and deals closed

This role creates positive change by engineering behavioral change at scale for millions of people, helping them grow, learn, and act on their potential through an AI-augmented ecosystem that translates insight into transformation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments
• Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion
• Growth Diagnosis & System Thinking, Persuasion & Behavioral Insight, and Analytical competencies
• French native/bilingual and English fluent language skills
• Curiosity, Hands-On Execution, Precision, and Agility personality traits
