Senior Growth Manager - EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷)

Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine to transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine.

• Offer-Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched
• Architect funnels and campaigns hands-on, including tracking setup and implementation oversight
• Relentless optimization through CRO & A/B testing across funnels, pricing, and messaging
• Channel exploration and scaling to identify next winning acquisition channels
• Design and optimize growth loops across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Player-coach leadership managing Growth team while getting hands dirty with execution
• Sales alignment focusing on lead quality and revenue outcomes

This role creates positive change by engineering behavioral change at scale for millions of people, helping them grow, learn, and act on their potential through an AI-augmented ecosystem that translates insight into transformation.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments
• Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion
• Growth diagnosis & system thinking, persuasion & behavioral insight, and analytical competencies
• Curiosity, hands-on execution, precision, and agility personality traits
• Native/bilingual French and fluent English language proficiency
