Senior Graphic Designer

Core responsibilities:

• Designing advanced graphics and multimedia for large, complex proposals and statements of qualifications for clients
• Developing creative, custom presentations and leading storyboarding and content planning for proposals, presentations, and interview teams
• Creating documents and presentations for print and digital formats following branded templates and guidelines
• Collaborating with proposal managers, capture managers, authors, and subject matter experts to develop custom illustrations for technical information

This role creates positive change by supporting AECOM's infrastructure and environmental projects through compelling visual communication that helps secure important contracts and advance sustainable development initiatives.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Senior-level graphic design experience with expertise in creating proposal graphics and presentations
• Ability to partner with business development and operations teams on must-win pursuits and regional priorities
• Proficiency in developing branded graphics, templates, and illustrations to support messaging and themes
• Experience providing technical and logistical support for presentations, video conferences, and review meetings
