What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage the submission of all grant deliverables including proposals, reports, and other written materials for the organization's entities and collaborative fundraising efforts
- Own a grant portfolio of institutional funders contributing $100,000 or more in annual grants and manage the Grants Manager portfolio of institutional funders contributing up to $100,000 in annual grants
- Develop and write or supervise the development and writing of grant deliverables to all funders and prospects to support the organization's entities and collaborative fundraising efforts
- Supervise and constructively manage the Grants Manager, their grants portfolio, and grants prospecting efforts

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in grant writing and management in a nonprofit environment for a multi-million dollar revenue organization
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or related degree preferred
- Patent grant-writing abilities, such as the ability to write compelling, articulate, structured deliverables including reports and proposals
- Demonstrable managerial experience and leadership skills
- Experience with collaborative fundraising models and/or regranting
