Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full grant lifecycle from proposal review and submission to funder relationship management, reporting, and grant closeout for a $100M+ portfolio
- Manage all grantmaking activities, including internationally, ensuring consistency across all grant-related activities
- Own grants operations and systems through maintenance and upgrade of the grants management system, focusing on data integrity, workflows, and process improvement
- Support the Director of Grants Stewardship in ensuring excellence in Multiplier's grants lifecycle management and capability for continued portfolio growth

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Experience with grants stewardship and funder relations in mission-driven environments (environmental/sustainability sectors a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in grants management systems and software, including system transitions, data migrations, and workflow development
- Proven track record managing large portfolios of grants simultaneously across varying funders, timelines, and requirements
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage complex, cross-functional processes
- Working knowledge of U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit compliance requirements (international grantmaking experience preferred)
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
