Senior Global Trade Compliance Manager

• Design, implement, and continuously improve a global trade compliance program aligned with high-growth, multi-market operations.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations across key regions (e.g., EU, US, APAC), including customs, sanctions, and export controls.
• Classify micromobility products using HS codes, manage hazardous materials compliance for lithium-ion batteries, and oversee export control processes.
• Lead restricted party screening, manage duty drawback and tariff refund processes, and conduct internal audits and risk assessments.

• 6–10+ years of experience in global trade compliance, ideally within hardware, mobility, automotive, or consumer electronics industries.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, export controls, and sanctions regimes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Direct experience handling battery shipments and dangerous goods compliance strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
