Senior GIS Analyst

As a Senior GIS Analyst, you will lead efforts to apply geospatial analytics to inform and improve business decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead analytical projects that integrate spatial and traditional data science to answer key business questions
• Build and maintain complete analytical workflows using Python, SQL, and Esri geoprocessing tools
• Design compelling cartographic products, dashboards, and data visualizations that bring insights to life
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-value analytics and advance the use of GIS within the business

Required qualifications and skills:

• 3+ years of professional GIS and spatial analytics experience
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related Esri technologies
• Strong experience with Python (arcpy, pandas, geopandas) and SQL for data processing and analysis
• Proven ability to build analytical workflows independently and deliver complete, reproducible analyses
• Deep understanding of cartography, data visualization, and spatial data science principles
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences

Hiring Salary Range: $72,800 - $91,000. All full-time roles in the US come with a robust benefits package including:
