Senior Geotechnical Engineer

• Provide technical expertise in all phases of renewable energy project development, from initial stages through construction and operations
• Support delivery of foundation solutions for wind, photovoltaic (PV), and grid-scale battery storage facilities ranging from less than 5 MW to over 1,000 MW
• Address geotechnical matters across project teams to optimize design, mitigate risk, and ensure successful results
• Handle multiple geotechnical requests of varying complexity while upholding standards for safety, technical quality, and professional integrity

This role contributes to the global energy revolution by supporting renewable energy projects that provide electricity to 25 million customers worldwide and help meet Paris Agreement goals for decarbonization by 2050.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering with at least 5 years' progressive experience in geotechnical engineering design, analysis, and construction support
• Minimum 2 years' experience with PV solar, wind, battery energy storage, and high-voltage facility design
• Advanced knowledge of geotechnical engineering, soil mechanics, foundation design, and proficiency with geotechnical software (LPILE, MFAD, Slope/W, etc.)
• Effective written/verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam

Expected salary range of $111,000-$138,550 annually plus potential annual bonus.
