Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Product Tooling

• Develop modern web applications for external and internal users.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Research, Data Scientists, and Operations teams.
• Monitor web stack performance and respond to system failures.
• Mentor and support other engineers on the team.

This role builds scalable tooling products that revolutionize Lime's operations, enabling efficient micromobility services that reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable transportation.

• 5+ years of industry professional software development experience as backend/fullstack software engineer.
• Experience leading large full-stack engineering projects from planning to launch.
• Customer-obsessed with an owner's mindset.
• Strong collaborator and passionate about Lime's mission.

Base salary range determined by location and experience; discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity may be included. Remote position within Canada.
