Senior Full-Stack Software Developer (ReactJS + GraphQL)

• Design and develop end-to-end features across the full stack using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres
• Architect and optimize backend data models, APIs, and services for performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Build and refine user interfaces that make complex hardware manufacturing workflows simple and intuitive
• Implement and maintain a strong automated testing culture with comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the Boltline platform
• Partner with product and hardware teams to translate user needs into scalable, elegant software solutions
• Contribute to operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and on-call reliability
• Mentor and guide mid- through internship-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design collaboration

This role accelerates innovation in advanced hardware development by creating tools that help manufacturing teams integrate, track, iterate, build, and test efficiently, ultimately contributing to building reusable launch vehicles that enable a scalable space industry.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field / experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience building production web applications
• Deep expertise in full stack TypeScript
• Proficiency with some combination of React, GraphQL, Typescript and Postgres
• Experience designing and maintaining backend services (Node.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and experience with modern testing frameworks
• Proven ability to own features from concept through deployment and iteration
• Prior on-call/incident response participation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on delivering impact
