This is a rare chance to solve fascinating, hard problems that no one’s tackled before. 
As a senior, you’ll work across our mobile and web apps, writing clean, reliable code that makes a real difference. We’re forward-looking and embracing what AI means for how we build. You’ll be shipping features, improving performance, and collaborating with the team. We care about how you think and act: curious, thoughtful, practical, and someone who takes absolute ownership.

This role creates positive change by developing technology that helps farmers make smarter decisions for more productive and sustainable farms, directly improving farmers' livelihoods and transforming the agricultural industry.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experienced with React and strong opinions on frontend architecture and design systems
• Product engineer mindset with focus on customer experience and shipping software in cross-functional teams
• Proficient with AI tools (like Copilot or Cursor) to enhance productivity
• Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with adaptability and ownership
