Senior Financial Analyst (Remote - US)

Core responsibilities:

• Support the annual budget process and assist in the preparation of the monthly financial close
• Provide timely financial analysis and reporting related to the company's revenue, business plans, and various other metrics used for reporting and decision making
• Develop and maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards that make financial performance easy to understand for non-financial partners
• Support investment decisions with forecasts of return on current and proposed options

This role contributes to Energy Solutions' mission of delivering large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings through market-based programs, helping to address climate change by supporting the organization's financial operations and growth.

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of relevant experience including 3 years as a Financial Analyst
• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience with financial statement analysis, financial metrics and understanding basic GAAP accounting principles
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel

Compensation includes a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually with a target range of $100,000 - $117,000 based on experience and qualifications.
