Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, Commercial and Operations

• Own the forecasting and monthly "bridge" for Gross Margin, analyzing variances in field service spend, hardware costs, and performance guarantee payouts
• Manage the financial logic between subscription and billable revenue, and assist in developing financial models with a focus on Shortfall Liability and reserve modeling
• Partner with cross-functional teams to surface actionable insights on technician efficiency and vendor profitability
• Support the administration of FP&A systems, ensuring operational data flows accurately into financial dashboards, and assist in monthly close processes

This role helps build foundational financial processes and models that will allow Omnidian to scale to 5GW+ and beyond, supporting the company's mission to build a more sustainable future for the planet through distributed solar and energy storage.

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Operations
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with driver-based forecasting and 3-statement modeling
• Familiarity with tracking profitability at the individual work-order or project level
• Direct experience in Renewable Energy, O&M, or Field Services is highly preferred
