Senior Field Scheduler (Remote)

• Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution phases of solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects.
• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their personal and career development.
• Analyze project documents, perform quantity take-offs, and consult with internal teams to ensure accurate and realistic schedules.
• Monitor progress, perform what-if analysis, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.

This role directly supports the construction of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, accelerating the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience in an EPC environment.
• High proficiency with P6 software required.
• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to read plans and specifications, and thorough knowledge of construction methods and CPM scheduling.

Compensation Range: $117,840.00 - $147,300.00 per year.
