Senior Feature Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product, Safety, Operations, and Legal to define integrated product features, using data and simulations to support proposals and deliver presentations
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated features throughout the entire V cycle by working with implementation and validation teams
• Create and maintain feature roadmaps spanning Hardware, Software, Operations, IT, Safety, Manufacturing, and Validation Teams
• Create and maintain high-quality verifiable feature requirements and MBSE models for new features

This role contributes to delivering a world-class mobility service through end-to-end ownership of product capabilities that span Vehicle, Autonomy, and Operations segments, advancing autonomous transportation technology.

Required qualifications:

• 8 years of engineering work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
• Demonstrated ability to design complex systems with multiple software and hardware systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong technical documentation (context diagrams, requirement decomposition, presentations)
• Experience with systems simulation and strong understanding of hardware/software development processes
