Senior Farm Grants Manager

• Oversee day-to-day management of Zero Foodprint’s farm grant programs, including the Restore Program, Supply Chain Regeneration, and Compost Connector.
• Design, build, and maintain operational systems, databases, and workflows for farm grantmaking, from application through compliance and reporting.
• Supervise farm grant program managers, providing strategic direction and operational support.
• Manage program budgets, contracts, and funder relationships to ensure compliance and measurable climate outcomes.

This role directly supports regenerative agriculture and climate-smart farming practices, helping farmers implement practices that sequester carbon, improve soil health, and contribute to climate change mitigation.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in grant management, program management, or related field with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing budgets.
• Proven experience designing and managing program systems, databases, and operational workflows in a grant-funded nonprofit environment.
• Proficiency with database and project management tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of grantmaking processes, contract management, and compliance documentation.
