Senior Expert

• Analyze technical problems and provide conclusions, recommendations, and reports.
• Deliver technical support to internal teams and external customers across the Australasia region.
• Conduct site visits for advanced product/system/performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide input for product improvement processes and act as a trainer in areas of special expertise.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering with minimum 15 years' experience, or Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years' experience.
• Strong knowledge of W32, Vaasa 32, W34DF/SG, W46DF/SG/F, W50DF/SG, and classic engines.
• Extensive expertise in data analytics and troubleshooting with in-depth understanding of operations and maintenance management procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with willingness to travel domestically and overseas as required.
