Mission
What you will drive
As the dedicated Senior Executive Recruiter, you will own the full lifecycle executive search for critical leadership roles—sourcing, engaging, and securing both internal and external executive talent—while acting as a strategic Talent Partner.
- Full-Cycle Executive Search Management: Own and execute complex, high-priority searches (including Executive Search Strategy development, candidate profiling, market mapping, and successful close).
- Strategic Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize advanced Direct Sourcing methodologies, competitive intelligence, and networking to identify and engage passive, top-tier executive talent.
- Strategic Talent Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to C-suite and Senior Executive Leadership, collaborating closely with People Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance to align resources and develop sophisticated, data-driven strategies necessary to secure top executive talent.
- Executive Assessment & Due Diligence: Conduct thorough, competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate a candidate's experience, potential, and cultural alignment with Workiva’s values.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on executive-level recruiting (Sr. Director, VP+).
- Experience supporting executive-level recruiting for GTM (Go-To-Market) roles including Sales, Channel/Partnership, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success/Experience.
- Experience supporting executive-level recruiting for Finance, Legal, HR, Learning & Development, and IT roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle executive searches (from hiring strategy to closing).
- Direct recruiting experience within the SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise Software industry.
