Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Manage and perform consulting projects to scope, schedule, and budget, applying AECOM's project management systems and software.
- Serve as an interface with clients and regulatory personnel on complex projects and through business development initiatives.
- Coordinate, manage, and direct project field and data collection efforts, including wetland delineations and Land Use permitting.
- Prepare regulatory permit applications and develop high-quality proposals, interdisciplinary teams, and document deliverables.

Required qualifications:
- Experience in environmental permitting and review for major infrastructure projects, including NEPA and Executive Order No. 215 documents.
- Ability to serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level staff and enforce a culture of high-quality work and Health & Safety.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and industry trends.
- Skills in project management, client interfacing, and business development for transportation and infrastructure projects.
