Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage an existing Enterprise customer account in The Netherlands, taking full ownership of product rollout, executive stakeholder relationships, and account expansion.
  • Build and nurture C-suite and director-level partnerships to ensure strategic long-term alignment between customer and gridX.
  • Identify and qualify portfolio expansion pathways within existing accounts to maximize Customer Lifetime Value.
  • Ensure operational excellence and scalable rollout success by leveraging product capabilities and best practices.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Extensive experience in strategic, enterprise client-facing roles (Senior Enterprise CSM, Senior Account Executive, Key Account Management, or Senior Consultant) with deep domain knowledge of traditional energy industries undergoing digital transformation; utility sector experience is a strict must-have.
  • Confidence in navigating, engaging with, and influencing senior business partners and corporate stakeholders at the management and C-suite level.
  • Exceptional communication style with a knack for technical storytelling, able to translate complex software solutions into clear, ROI-based business cases for executive buyers.
  • Strong business mindset tailored to long-term relationship development, customer retention, and strategic expansion within existing enterprise framework agreements.
