Senior Enterprise Architect

• Develop and maintain enterprise platform roadmaps for assigned domains, aligning technology direction with business priorities.
• Own and evolve assigned platforms within the enterprise reference architecture, maintaining lifecycle status and architectural guardrails.
• Provide enterprise-level architectural leadership on technology choices, AI adoption, and platform strategy.
• Support application portfolio rationalisation and lifecycle management to reduce complexity and technical debt.

This role shapes the technology foundations that enable Centrica to transition to a greener, fairer energy system, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and improving customer journeys through digital innovation.

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, with ability to define reference architectures and technology roadmaps across a large organisation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of application portfolio management and architectural tooling such as LeanIX or ServiceNow APM.
• Proven ability to influence across a federated, product-led environment with senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of cloud, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, integration patterns, and emerging technologies including AI.
