Senior Engineer - Solar

• Develop scopes of work and prepare proposals for moderate to complex geotechnical engineering projects, primarily in solar infrastructure.
• Manage routine to complex geotechnical engineering projects including project scope, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Lead work procurement efforts and manage client relationships to achieve market sector goals.
• Prepare geotechnical engineering reports, perform engineering analyses, and mentor junior engineering staff.

This role contributes to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure by focusing on solar sector projects, helping transition toward cleaner energy sources and reducing environmental impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering with Texas Professional Engineer registration/license.
• 5 or more years of solar geotechnical engineering experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 10% of time.
