Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate and execute warranty power curve tests following turbine supply agreements and collaborating with Independent Engineers.
- Evaluate turbine performance and parameters, tuning them by working with turbine OEMs to solve issues early and mitigate revenue loss.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve turbine performance issues to maximize site energy production through regular equipment monitoring.
- Improve methods to quantify plant losses and fleet availability, implementing innovative designs and control strategies to enhance reliability and performance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field with 5+ years of professional experience in turbine operation and performance.
- Minimum 5 years experience working with wind turbine systems, including familiarity with SCADA systems, fault codes, and turbine reliability.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL programming for data querying and management from SQL servers.
- Familiarity with International Standard IEC 61400-12 and related wind design and performance standards.
