Senior Engg/Technical Lead, Product Support

• Provide in-depth technical support for escalated issues during OTA & ATR project phases
• Drive critical technical issues to resolution with full documentation and cross-training
• Act as liaison between departments and work on emergency fixes for critical issues
• Lead productivity or customer service enhancement projects

• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Proven ability to multi-task with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with adaptive collaborative approach
