Senior Electrical Supervisor

• Lead on-site work including surveys, installations, and maintenance jobs while ensuring exceptional quality from subcontractors
• Offer electrical installation expertise across the business and support engineering teams in delivering new products and services
• Shape installation processes for new products, support engineering teams, and uphold highest standards in safety and compliance
• Develop, document, and roll out new auditing processes across the subcontractor network

This role directly contributes to transforming how homes are powered by building an ecosystem of all-electric products, pioneering installation approaches for next-generation energy technologies that support clean energy adoption.

• City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 Course (Diploma in Electrical Installation) or equivalent, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, Part P Domestic Installer, Asbestos awareness training, full clean UK driving licence
• Significant experience working on electrical installations including 3-phase systems, Solar PV systems, DC systems, and Electric Vehicle Charge Points
• Experience working to Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) standards with domestic installation experience
• Hands-on experience installing products from manufacturers like Victron, Pylontech, BYD, Alfen, Varta, Alpha
