Senior Electrical Engineer-Data Center

Core responsibilities:

• Create and manage Electrical Engineering design standards for quality, presentation, and cost-effectiveness
• Design and deliver electrical systems for hyperscale data centers, including power distribution, backup power, and emergency systems
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards including NEC and IEC requirements
• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-site projects across multiple regions, delivering electrical engineering solutions on schedule

This role accelerates the energy transition to cleaner, more sustainable sources of power by designing efficient data center electrical systems that support America's growing energy demands with reliable, affordable energy at scale.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering for data centers or utility-scale solar and storage power plants
• BSEE specializing in Power Systems from ABET-accredited University (MS and PE license are pluses)
• Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Revit
• In-depth knowledge of LV, MV collection, transmission line, converters, and HVAC/HVDC substation design including protection & control systems

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay: $140,000-$170,000 annually
