Senior Donor Relations Officer

• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual and institutional donors to support NPH International’s mission.
• Lead regional fundraising strategies, donor engagement efforts, and donor trips to NPH program sites.
• Supervise the Donor Relations Manager and collaborate with advisory board members, executive leadership, and volunteers.

This role directly supports the transformation of vulnerable children's lives in Latin America and the Caribbean by securing critical funding for NPH's programs, including education, healthcare, and family support.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of successful nonprofit fundraising experience with major gift solicitation and portfolio management.
• Proven record of soliciting and securing leadership gifts.
• Superb relationship management, interpersonal, digital, written and oral communication skills.
