Senior Director, Technology

• Lead the strategic direction of NTC's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital innovation, including AI strategy.
• Oversee the design and implementation of a technology roadmap that enhances educator support through emerging technologies.
• Serve as primary convener for AI Taskforce and external partnerships, aligning cross-functional teams on technical visions.
• Lead cybersecurity posture, data governance, and enterprise SaaS integration.

This role directly enhances the quality of educator support by leveraging technology and AI to improve teacher induction, coaching, and leadership development, ultimately benefiting students and communities.

• 12+ years of experience in technology management, strategic planning, and project management.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record implementing AI/ML strategies and understanding ethical implications in education.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST) and data privacy laws.
