Mission
What you will drive
- Integrate research strategy across diverse teams (biology, ML, linguistics, robotics) to set annual milestones and map cross-team dependencies.
- Drive program execution and accountability through regular cross-team coordination, risk identification, and partner deliverable tracking.
- Provide operational support to the Founder & CEO, including briefing materials, research collaboration vetting, and data pipeline oversight.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Advanced degree in a technical discipline (e.g., computer science, data science, ML, AI, robotics).
- At least 5 years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams in academia, FROs, startups, industry R&D, management consulting, nonprofits, or consortiums.
- Demonstrated excellence in program management, roadmapping, dependency tracking, and meeting design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate across scientific domains.
