Senior Director, Prospect Development

• Lead prospect research and portfolio management to identify, prioritize, and manage high-capacity prospects across individual and institutional donor files.
• Design and oversee quarterly portfolio reviews, track KPIs related to portfolio quality and donor movement, and ensure alignment with fundraising goals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive prospect development strategy, including pipeline development, prospect identification, and data-driven decision-making.

This role drives donor movement and pipeline growth, enabling Americares to expand philanthropic revenue and deliver life-changing health programs and emergency aid to communities worldwide.

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in development operations or supporting a complex, multi-layered fundraising strategy.
• Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing prospect development teams.
• Advanced ability to synthesize data, research insights, and fundraising behaviors to identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM databases.
