Senior Director of Philanthropy

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the philanthropy team to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners
• Oversee all aspects of the philanthropy program including major gifts, annual giving, and planned giving
• Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational mission and goals

This role directly supports Fistula Foundation's mission to end fistula suffering worldwide by securing critical funding for medical treatment, prevention programs, and advocacy efforts that transform lives and communities.

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy leadership roles
• Proven track record of securing major gifts and managing donor relationships
• Strong strategic planning and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
