  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure organizational liquidity.
  • Prepare financial reports for the Board and support executive leadership with strategic financial analysis.
  • Oversee audit, risk management, and grant financial compliance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience in a senior leadership role, with nonprofit or substantial nonprofit engagement.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience; solid knowledge of fund accounting and nonprofit financial reporting.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning; proficiency in Sage Intacct or comparable software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial audiences.

Benefits
