Senior Director of Delivery - Sierra Leone

• Provide leadership and accountability for coordinated delivery across Programs, MEAL, Logistics, and Technical Services to achieve program outcomes and operational reliability
• Develop and own a single integrated delivery plan that synchronizes all delivery workstreams with clear milestones, dependencies, and accountable owners
• Build and maintain standardized training systems, SOPs, and capacity-building programs to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery at scale
• Line manage delivery function leads and develop leadership capacity through coaching, feedback, and performance management

This role advances Imagine Worldwide's mission to design, deliver, and scale high-quality tablet-based learning solutions that enable children across Sierra Leone to achieve foundational literacy and numeracy at national scale, empowering millions of children with the skills they need to reach their full potential.

• Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership or program delivery, including at least 5 years managing teams
• Significant experience in managing successful program scaling and proven track record in managing scale operations in complex environments with multiple partners
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, strong ability to analyze and interpret data, and proven project management skills
• Excellent understanding of budgets, financial processes, reporting requirements, and compliance regulations within donor-funded grants and contracts

Employment will be on in-country terms (salary scale and benefits aligned with the host country). Imagine Worldwide will support work permit sponsorship and provide relocation assistance where required.
