Senior Director of Business Systems

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap that supports Workiva's strategic priorities
• Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of Workiva's enterprise application ecosystem
• Lead the data strategy and governance for business systems, ensuring high-quality, reliable data
• Champion the strategic use of AI and automation to enhance team productivity and user experience

This role drives operational efficiency, scales the business, and accelerates innovation by aligning technology initiatives with Workiva's overarching goals to create positive organizational impact.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT or Business Systems, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps and strategic plans
• Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams

• Salary range in the US: $203,000.00 - $325,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
